“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” – Mark Twain

Woah

I just got back from the gym.

And from my hardest workout yet.

So I'd always noticed that after my step class, there is a class that's just called 'Free'.

Today I decided to check it out.

It's kinda like a dance class - loads of steps mixed with high energy aerobics.

Damn it was hard!!

But you know what they say.

Practice makes perfect!!

Although I'm still dropping weight even though I'm up to 4 meals a day AND snacking.

How do you work out AND maintain your weight?

Someone?!

If you are looking at picking up weight, here's the deal:

1.Caloric intake needs to exceed caloric excess- in other words, you need to eat more than you are burning up during the day
2.Eat as much as you can during the day, then train , eat lightly at night.
3.8 hours sleep minimum is required.
4.Stay away from white bread, crisps, cheese, carbonated drinks, chocolate and caffeine
5.Eat loads of protein- tuna, fish, chicken, lean red meat, dried fruit, nuts and wholegrain bread

Hope this helps
